The Relatively Jammin' Band

You’ve found Northeast Ohio’s source for timeless soul, blues, R&B and rock & roll. A revival of Akron’s all-family “Relatively Jammin’ Blues Band”, led by guitarist Gary “Booster” Oliver and featuring his daughter Marilyn “Akron’s Own Queen of Blues” Oliver, the band is now re-energized with fresh players and fresh energy.

The band performed at festivals and other events across Northeast Ohio and beyond. Working with legendary concert promoters Belkin Productions and a top Cleveland entertainment agency, they opened concerts across the area for legacy artists including Aretha Franklin, Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band, Three Dog Night, KC and the Sunshine Band, The Dazz Band, Cameo, and many more. They also produced and promoted their own “Rhythm and Blues Ball” revue for many years.

Now the Relatively Jammin' Band is ready to infuse you with some Blues and put some rock & roll in your soul.
